Come and join our Virtual Yoga Studio, where you get access to the directory of pre recorded and live sessions. We have something for everyone – Beginner Yoga Series; 30 mins practice series; Saturday meditations; Flexible Body series and many more
These online yoga sessions are a mix of classical Hatha yoga and modern-day Vinyasa flow, wherein we move our body from one asana to another and end the session with a quick guided meditation practice.
In our classes, we give immense emphasis to breathing exercises, increasing mobility, strength, flexibility, sustainable weight loss and mental well-being.
