About the sessions
These online yoga sessions are a mix of classical Hatha yoga and modern-day Vinyasa flow, wherein we move our body from one asana to another and end the session with a quick guided meditation practice.
In our classes we give immense emphasis to breathing exercises, increasing the range of motion, mobility, strength, flexibility, and mental wellbeing.

- Batch level – Beginner to Intermediate
- Days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Time - 7.15 am IST
*Class recordings of each class will be shared to practice on free days or if you miss a session.
