About the sessions
If you are not a morning person or have really busy mornings but still want to practice Yoga for your health, immunity, weight loss, flexibility, and overall well being, then these Online Evening Yoga Sessions are a perfect fit for you.
These online yoga sessions are a mix of classical Hatha yoga and modern-day Vinyasa flow, wherein we move our body from one asana to another and end the session with a quick guided meditation practice.
In our classes, we give immense emphasis to breathing exercises, increasing mobility, strength, flexibility, and mental wellbeing.

- Days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Time -6.30 pm IST
