I am an internationally certified Yoga Teacher & Wellness consultant. In my life, yoga was the game-changer that helped me to articulate and actualize my life. It is through my yoga classes, workshops and online content, I aim to help others find their health and happiness.
From an early age, I was deeply invested in physical fitness — from dancing to sports and everything in between. I have my fair share of experience as a Sports Marketing professional in leading sports marketing agencies and federations.
My yoga sessions are an amalgamation of classical Hatha Yoga with modern practice of vinyasa. My style is dynamic yet compassionate, intense yet therapeutic with an approach of adjustments and plenty of modifications with individual attention. I have completed multiple teacher training programs with renowned teachers of the country.
I love to encourage & motivate people to improve their wellbeing both on and off the mat & believe that yoga is extremely beneficial in today’s world to improve the overall mental and physical health.

Learn to cultivate a daily meditation practice to help you ease into a regular mindfulness routine. These sessions are perfect if you’ve always wanted to meditate & don’t know where to begin.
We will be focussing on various breath-work techniques, mindfulness practice & guided visualization/Yoga Nidra.
Through body awareness & relaxing visualization techniques, you’ll enter a deeper state of consciousness and invite fresh, healing energy into the body. This practice is perfect for those who struggle with sleep, anxiety, restlessness, or those who need a moment to relax and reset. These sessions will prepare you to let go, reflect, & settle your body & mind for a restful day ahead.
Hatha Vinyasa Flow:
Let go and flow with Unwind Flow Yoga.
Yoga is a powerful tool to balance the mind, release tension, and feel better in the body. You’ll enjoy the benefits of yoga as we work through short flows that break down the elements of sun salutations, seated stretches, core work, balances, and backbends.
We’ll apply the method and find healing through breath-work, hatha vinyasa flow, & end with short body scan / guided meditation (tools to help you turn inward and balance your body and mind).
With continued practice, these classes will help you shake off the stress of the day & will transform the way you see yourself and experience the world around you.
